Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the above-mentioned GR case, which is pending since 2014, as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Magistrate for information and compliance.
