Mr. Anuruddha Singh, Mr. Siddhartha Ghosh ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of an interlocutory application filed under Section 7(2) of the W.B.P.T. Act by the opposite party/defendant is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

As per submission disclosed by the petitioners that an application under Section 7(2) of the W.B.P.T. Act was filed in the year 2019.

The only contention expressed by the petitioners is against the delay caused in the dismissal of the suit. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of intrlocutory application

under Section 7(2) of W.B.P.T. Act in Ejectment Suit No.10 of 2014, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, subject to the suitability and convenience of the court below, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably before the end of Summer Vacation of the court below for the year 2023.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
