I am happy that the learned advocate for the Commission has taken certain steps and the matter is going to be settled soon.

Learned advocate for the Commission submits that the petitioner may approach the Commission immediately with all his identity card, admit card of the concerned TET etc. to collect the original TET certificate from the Commission.

A copy of the report, as was directed to be filed by this court on 30th July, 2021, be kept on record. The report says that the "the Commission would issue TET certificate in fovour of the petitioner as per NCTE guidelines dated 11th February, 2021 as early as possible."

The petitioner has the liberty to approach the Commission immediately with all his identity documents in original to collect the TET certificate. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.

If the petitioner has any other grievance relating to selection as a teacher by the Commission, he shall have the liberty to approach this court afresh. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
