Learned advocate for the petitioner, State and the respondent no.4/K.M.C. is present.

Mr. Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader submits a photostat copy of the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Tala Police Station Case No.06 of 2024 dated 13.01.2024. The said chargesheet has been submitted on or about 29th June, 2024.

Petitioner approached this Court expressing the anxiety that there was no progress in the investigation of the case. However, since the chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and the petitioner is aggrieved of the nature of the investigation conducted by the police authorities, petitioner would be at liberty to file necessary

application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned ACJM, Sealdah or any court wherein the present case has been transferred by the learned ACJM, Sealdah.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18689 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Copy of the documents so submitted be returned to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
