Salam ...for the Petitioner Mr. Debasish Roy Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Sreemayi Roy ...for the State The petitioner has assailed the order dated March 14, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly in G.R.Case No. 122 of 2019 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him and other accused persons. The petitioner was on bail since February 17, 2019 and warrant of arrest was issued against him on March 14, 2024 due to his non-appearance before the learned Magistrate without steps on that date. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Magistrate by October 08, 2024.

If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate within October 08, 2024, the learned Magistrate shall allow him to remain on the same bond.

Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner vide an order dated March 14, 2024 be stayed till October 11, 2024. In the event the petitioner fails to appear before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the

petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The revisional application being CRR No. 3070 of 2024 is disposed of.
