1. The writ application has been preferred praying for directions upon the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 08.05.2025 and 06.07.2025.

2. It is submitted that the petitioners have prayed for their gratuity which has not been paid by either the immediate employer or the principal employer till date.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have prayed for disposal of their representations in accordance with law, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the authority concerned being the Deputy Labour Commissioner/Assistant Labour Commissioner being the respondent no. 3 is hereby directed to consider the representations dated

dated 08.05.2025 and 06.07.2025 on hearing the parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of this order by passing a reasoned order
