Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has asked for relief of direction upon the private respondents concerned restraining them from taking any coercive action for recovery of the admitted loan, which has not been fully paid by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief asked for against the private respondents, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 17999 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the private respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for settlement. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
