Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Petitioner is a complainant who is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings are pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur, Paschim Burdwan in respect of Durgapur Women Police Station Case No.16 of 2021. The last of the order-sheet so enclosed reflects that the case has been committed and date for appearance was fixed by the learned sessions court on 8th August, 2022. Learned trial court is directed that in case charge has not been framed till date the learned trial court would take steps for consideration of the charge on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter. The learned trial court would at least fix a schedule consisting of three dates and such schedule may be fixed once in every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its

logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2968 of 2022 is disposed of.
