1. Considering the statement of the father of the de facto complainant and the statement of the neighbours recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner for the torture which ultimately had resulted in death of the daughter of the de facto complainant within four years of marriage, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
