Report submitted by Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner be kept with the record. Report has been submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Malda, DD, CID, West Bengal. The report reflects that the investigating agency has no objection for unlocking and de-sealing the room so far as the present case being Gazole Police Station Case No.720 of 2022 dated 04.09.2022 is concerned.

Accordingly, the Officer concerned is directed to cooperate with the present petitioner for unlocking and de-sealing the room and submit a compliance report before the learned special court within seven days from the date of communication made by the present petitioner, namely, Priyanka Gupta. The petitioner is directed to approach the Officer concerned, namely, Sub-Inspector, Sayan Kr. Ghosh Malda, DD, CID, West Bengal for unlocking and de-sealing the room. The Officer would co-operate and submit his compliance report immediately after the unlocking and de-sealing of

the room is concerned.

A copy of the report has been handed over by Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State to Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate, who is representing the petitioner, namely, Priyanka Gupta.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2783 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
