1. Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated October 19, 2023 passed in T.S. 22/2023 (CC) by the Commercial Court at Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas.

2. In answer to a query, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner is yet to apply under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

3. In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere in the present contempt petition at this stage.

4. C.P.A.N. 1203 of 2024 is disposed of.
