In the application a prayer of the petitioner is made for issuing a trade service certificate.

The respondent no. 5, the Additional Regional Transport Officer is directed to take a reasoned decision by hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner within a reasonable period of time.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 19086 of 2021 is allowed by directing the respondent No 5 to consider the application of the petitioner and come to a decision by way of a reasoned order by hearing all concerned including the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of the reasoned order shall be given to the petitioner within a week from date on which such decision is taken.

WPA 19086 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above decision.
