Nayeemul Haque ..for DPSC, Murshidabad The petitioner is directed to comply with the letter issued to him by the Secretary, Murshidabad District Primary School Council dated 26.08.2022. Unless the amount is paid back the pension papers cannot be processed. A person who has enjoyed excess money to which he is not entitled to, must refund the same. My attention has been drawn to one letter issued by the Assistant Director of School Education, West Bengal dated 03.05.2023 I find this letter is wholly unwarranted and the same is quashed and set aside. With the above observation, this writ application is dismissed.
