Mr. Joy Chakraborty, Mr. Sandip Dinda ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.84 of 2019, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) (In-Charge) Bangaon, North 24 Parganas, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

The only contention expressed by the petitioner is against the delay being caused due to non filing of written statement by the defendant, after adhering to the provisions under Order 8 Rule 1 C.P.C.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) (In-Charge) Bangaon, North 24 Parganas, is requested

to ensure expeditious disposal of the suit mentioned hereinabove after causing disposal of the interlocutory application, if there be any pending, subject to the suitability and convenience of the court below, bearing in mind the provisions available under Order 8 Rule 1 C.P.C.

The logical conclusion of the suit may be reached with utmost expedition.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.
