Mr. Susanta Pal ..for the respondent no.3 Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the dispute raised by the petitioner is yet to be referred before the Industrial Tribunal.

Mr. Pal, learned Advocate representing the respondent no.3 submits that an order dated August 28, 2023 has been passed by the Assistant Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Department of Labour thereby referring the issues mentioned therein to the 7th Industrial Tribunal in terms of subsection (2A) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. In view thereof, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid fact, the writ petition stands disposed of.
