1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer on medical grounds is pending consideration before the Central School Service Commission.

3. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the D.I. of Schools(SE) has recommended the case of the petitioner for transfer after receiving the medical opinion of the CMOH concerned.

4. If such opinion is available on record along with the recommendation of the concerned D.I. of Schools (SE), the Central School Service Commission shall take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of one month from date. If, however, the opinion of the CMOH concerned and the recommendation of the D.I. of Schools (SE) are not available on record, the application for transfer shall

be rejected by the Central School Service Commission.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
