An adjournment had been sought by the petitioner on the last occasion when the matter was called. Hence, since the petitioner is apparently not interested in moving the matter, W.P.A. No. 15147 of 2010 is dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any passed in the matter, stands automatically vacated.
