approached this court for peacefully enjoying his life and property.

The accusations are against the respondent nos. 5 to 7 who are the family members and/or the relations.

The respondent no.6 claims that she has lodged a complaint.

Be that as it may, the primary issued involved in the writ petition has its genesis in a family feud. So far as the respondent no.6 is concerned, she would take up the issue before the appropriate forum having the authority to deal with the same.

So far as the police authorities are concerned, they would ensure that the petitioner is not subjected to any ill treatment and/or harassment at the behest of the relations. All efforts be taken by the police authorities so that the petitioner who is the father of the respondent no.5 can peacefully enjoy his life and property.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17919 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report submitted by the office of the learned Registrar General be kept with the record.
