...for Respondent No.6 Report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 8th April, 2025 is filed on behalf of respondent no.6 in terms of the order dated 11th March, 2025 which is taken on record.

On perusal of the report, it appears that based on exercise which was made on 26th March, 2025 service book of the petitioner has been re-constructed and copy of the same is placed before this Court which is also taken on record.

Original re-constructed service book has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner today.

In view of re-construction of service book of the petitioner by the authority of Brahmandiha High School, Bankura and same being made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner, grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps for authentication of his service book and he shall also be at liberty to approach the concerned respondent authorities for grant of interest on provident fund if he is entitled, in accordance with law.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
