Mr. Sen, learned A.A.G. has represented the alleged contemnor.

A report of compliance dated February 24, 2026, has been submitted in Court. Let that be taken on record.

According to the same in terms of the Court's order dated November 6, 2024, re-fixation of salary of the petitioner has already been done by the alleged contemnor and arrear salary to the tune of Rs.10,14,221/- has been released in his favour on January 20, 2026.

Considering the report as above, the Court finds that the order as above of the Court in WPA 19320 of

2017 has been completely and substantially complied with.

There remains no further issue for adjudication in this contempt proceeding. Hence, the contempt proceeding being WPCRC 168 of 2025 stands disposed of.

The Rule against the alleged contemnor issued earlier is hereby discharged.
