By recent judgement of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Devesh Sharma vs. Union of India reported in 2023 SCC OnLine SC 985, the Supreme Court has set aside the N.C.T.E. notification dated 28th June, 2018.

Therefore, these B.Ed. qualified candidates are not eligible for primary teachers' post. Therefore, they are not eligible to get any benefit of training qualification.

With this observation, this writ application is dismissed.
