Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

None appears on behalf of the Bank despite service.

The petitioner alleges that the bank has stopped all transactions from his savings account without communicating any reason to him.

Representation on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the bank. 5.

In the absence of the stand of the bank, the Court is not in a position to decide the issue conclusively.

The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Rasulpur Branch, Memari, District - Purba Burdwan to consider and dispose of the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of

six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. If any remedial measure is required to be taken, the same shall be taken immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
