Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to

appear on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In case, there are inconveniences, the petitioners would be at liberty to file afresh before the Officer-in-charge/Inspectorin-charge of Memari Police Station and the concerned police authorities will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18408 of 2022 is disposed of.
