Ali Ahasan ...for the respondent no. 6 The Officer-in-Charge, Jalangi Police Station, Murshidabad has submitted instructions to the Government counsel.

Counsel for the State has indicated that the petitioner is residing with the private respondent and there is peace between the parties as of now. Both sides are cultivating a piece of land in their respective halves.

It is directed that the Officer-in-Charge, Jalangi Police Station, Murshidabad shall visit the writ petitioner's residence along with a team. Suitable and appropriate warning shall be given to the private respondent not to any way disturb the peaceful existence of the writ petitioner and his wife. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Domkal SubDivision, Murshidabad shall dispose of the complaint

being Case No. 15 of 2019 under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
