Earlier, by an order dated 13.09.2023 there was a direction upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in connection with Case No.C-50 of 2015. Prior to that, another order was passed on 10th August, 2023 with similar direction. However, till date, no amount has been deposited as informed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Accordingly, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Additional Court, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas to execute the sentence passed in connection with C-50 of 2015. In view of the approach of the petitioner, I do not intend to keep the revisional application pending as the same would deter the complainant from recovery of the compensation. Accordingly, CRR 2787 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.
