Petitioner before us is a power of attorney holder of one Kanai Banik. It was admitted by the petitioners on August 24, 2023 and recorded such, in the order that, the petitioners obtained the power of attorney from Kanai Banik who was not the owner of the immovable property concerned. Based on such power of attorney, title documents were executed.

Involvement of the petitioners in the incident requires investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Subsisting interim order stands vacated.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3231 of 2023 is dismissed.
