1. Heard the learned lawyers for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. 27 Kg. of Ganza was recovered from the petitioner and accused. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January 2024 and the prayer for bail of coaccused was rejected in July 2024.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. We request the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

5. The application for bail is disposed of.
