1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and heard the Counsel for the respective parties, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is primarily aggrieved by an attempt at illegal eviction by the private respondents from a tenanted shop room.

3. This Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.

4. Kotwali Police Station, Krishnanagar shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
