One memo dated 13th September, 2022 being No. 1197-SE/S/10M-45/2022 is annexed to the said affidavit-of-compliance wherein it has been amply clarified that the status of teachers, already appointed in normal section of recognised aided/sponsored schools, will remain so and they shall

be treated as teachers in normal section. Affidavit-ofcompliance filed today is taken on record. In view of the contents of the memo dated 13th September, 2022 it appears that the order passed by this Court dated 26th July, 2022 stands substantially complied with.

However, it is made clear that in terms of the said memo dated 13th September, 2022, if necessary steps for modifying the technical provision in the portal are not taken by the Commissioner of School Education the same shall be taken immediately in terms of the said direction of the Joint Secretary dated 13th September, 2022.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands discharged.
