Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the police authorities have not acted on a complaint made by the petitioner on 23.07.2023.

Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that on several occasions the petitioner being the daughter-in-law of the private respondent had been thrown out from his own house by the private respondent along with the son and another. Many times interventions have to be made so that the private respondent could return home. In fact, an order had to be passed by this Court on 19.04.2023 in WPA 8410 of 2023 for this. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner's grievance has already been addressed and a specific FIR of Parnasree Police Station Case No.314 dated 23.07.2023 under Sections 323/341 of IPC has been registered.

As petitioner's grievance has already been addressed, no further order is required to be passed.

As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18036 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
