Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that arguments have already commenced in connection with the instant case before the learned Trial Court.

Having considered that the petitioner was granted interim bail on 09.09.2025 and had been diligently pursuing the trial before the learned Trial Court, I am of the opinion that the interim bail granted on 09.09.2025 be confirmed subject to the same terms and conditions imposed on the said date. Accordingly, CRM(M) 1304 of 2025 is allowed.
