Maity .....For the Petitioner Mr. Snehasis Jana ........For the Respondent No.10 Mr. Sandipan Maity ......For the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the non-consideration of a representation dated 4th July, 2024 complaining of the illegal and unauthorized construction.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having filed the above representation, no steps have been taken by the respondent authorities.

In view of the nature of allegations made on behalf of the petitioner WPA 18847 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.8 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 4th July, 2024 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order

to the said respondent after giving a right of hearing to all the concerned parties, in accordance with law. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no.8 without being influenced by any observation or direction made in this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the representation forthwith on the Pradhan.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
