1. The President, Medical Board of the Command Hospital at Calcutta has submitted a report dated 5th October, 2023, which is taken on record. The report indicates that the petitioner is medically fit in the chest measurement.

2. Let a copy of the report of the Command Hospital be made available to both the parties.

3. The respondents shall proceed to examine the petitioner and conduct further required procedure for the candidate as expeditiously as possible.

4. Needless to mention that the other physical requirements shall also be assessed except chest.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
