The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the continuance of Complaint Case No. C.S/41123/22 which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th court, Calcutta.

The revisional application was earlier called on 21st June, 2023 when none represented the petitioners. Today when the matter has been called, none represented the petitioners neither any accommodation has been sought for.

Having considered the fact that the revisional application is pending since the year 2022, I am of the opinion that the complainant before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th court, Calcutta be allowed to adduce its evidence. No interference is made at this stage.

Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 2973 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are hereby disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
