Mr. Dey, learned Advocate for the School Authority submits that as directed by the order dated October 03, 2023, a notice was sent to the father of the child and in response thereto the father by a letter informed the Headmaster of the school that he would not stand in the way of the education of his son in any manner whatsoever. Mr. Dey, annexing the copy of the said letter files an affidavit, let it be kept with the record.

The Authority of the Barasat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School is directed to issue transfer certificate in favour of Saptaneel Roy a student of the said school. The petitioner is directed to collect the said certificate from the school.

WPA 18042 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
