The petitioner is an employee of the Steel Authority of India Limited (in short, SAIL) which is a notified entity under the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The petitioner is ventilating his service related grievances which in view of the provisions of Section 14 read with Sections 28 and 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 has to be made before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. The time spent between 23.07.2024 till today (20.11.2024) shall be construed to be the time spent in prosecuting a litigation bona fide before a Court without jurisdiction.
