1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the mother of the victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C read with the statement of the Doctor recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C regarding the post-mortem report that there was a possibility of ectopic pregnancy at the time of her death and having regard to the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
