It is also submitted that Assistant Engineer, Howrah Municipal Corporation passed order of demolition on 9th January, 2025. It is further contended that after granting opportunity of hearing to the parties said decision has been taken.

Copy of the order dated 9th January, 2025 is placed before this Court and taken on record.

In view of the order passed on 9th January, 2025 it appears that order dated 15th January, 2024 passed by this Court is complied with.

Hence, the contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
