The petitioner does not appear to be similarly placed with the co-accused who have been granted bail earlier. Material available in the Case Diary implicates the petitioner. Trial is about to commence. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order for the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
