1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the learned jurisdictional court has not accepted the server copy of the order dated 1st August, 2024 at the time of surrender for which the order as to surrender could not be complied with by the petitioners. It is submitted that when the application was made with the certified copy of the order dated 1st August, 2024, by that time, the period of two weeks had expired.

2. In view of the fact that we were inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.3 in CRM (A) 2601 of 2024 being the petitioner herein, we extend the time by two weeks from date and make it clear that the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur shall accept the server copy of this order as compliance of our order dated 1st August, 2024.

3. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
