The instant appeal has been disposed of by this Court giving direction upon the appellant to deposit the amount of Rs. 12,01,994/- along with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of the claim application i.e. from 15th November, 2011 within 24th of November, 2023 vide three equal account payee cheques in the name of the claimants in the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta.

It is further directed that the cheques in the name of the minor claimants should have received by claimant no. 1 being her natural guardian mother and the claimant no. 1 is directed to deposit the said cheques in a Nationalized Bank in a Fixed Deposit Scheme in the name of the minor. So the amount may be utilized after attaining her majority. Liberty is given to the claimants to receive the said cheques from the office of the learned

Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta on usual terms and conditions.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants that the three cheques have been issued in the names of the claimants in compliance with the direction passed by this Court as stated above and he is ready to deposit the same before the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta. 4.

Appellant is directed to deposit the said cheques before the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta and liberty is given to the claimants to receive the same from the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta on usual terms and conditions.

Learned Registrar General is directed to hand over those cheques in favour of the claimants within this month.

Let the case record be sent immediately to the office of the learned Registrar General for compliance of the above direction.
