Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that on 14th July, 2024 petitioners sought police protection under Section 13 of Police Act in order to cultivate their lands peacefully and without restrained from police authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report and submits that the police has not caused any restrained to the petitioners.

Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties. Police authorities are directed to keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners, their properties or their family members. With the above directions, the Writ Petition being WPA 18758 of 2024 is disposed of.
