Iqbal ... for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father challenging an order dated 3rd April, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 3rd Court at Alipore in ACT VIII Case No. 165 of 2024. By the order dated 3rd April, 2025 the earlier order dated 31st January, 2025 was modified.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not really aggrieved by the directions contained in the order dated 3rd April, 2025 but the grievance of the petitioner is that the opposite party is flouting the order of visitation passed by the learned trial judge. He further submits that an application for implementation of the order of visitation has been filed but no order on such application has yet been passed.

After going through the application which is annexed at page 44 of the civil revisional application this Court finds that the same was for enforcement of the

order dated 25th September, 2024. However, the said order has been modified thereafter and it is the order dated 3rd April, 2025 which is in force now.

C.O. 2836 of 2025 stands disposed of by leaving the petitioner free to pray for implementation of the order dated 3rd April, 2025 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. If such an approach is made the learned Judge is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
