An error has crept up in the order passed by this Bench on 30th July, 2024.

The date mentioned in the fourth line, second paragraph of page 2 should read as '17th March, 2019' in place and instead of '17th September, 2019'. The payment directed to be cleared in the same paragraph should also include the arrear of payment. The appearance of the learned advocate for the State was inadvertently not recorded in the order dated 30th July, 2024.

Be it recorded that Mr. Suman Sengupta appeared on behalf of the State respondents on 30th July, 2024.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 30th July, 2024.
