1. The petitioner's grievance that the order of January 30, 2025, passed in compliance with the order of this Hon'ble Court dated November 18, 2024 is bereft of any reason and does not take into consideration the relevant notifications and particularly that of December 23, 2019 in Memo No. 2081-Edn (CS)/10M-83/2019.

2. The order of January 30, 2025 seems to be a mindless reiteration of the order of March 14, 2020. It is absolutely correct that the notifications and particularly that referred herein before have not been taken into consideration.

3. In view thereof, the order of January 30, 2025 is set aside.

4. The respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated September 9, 2024 in the light of the notifications as well as in the light of the grievance of the petitioner as specified in the order of November 18, 2024.

5. The respondent no.

will reconsider the representation by March 15, 2026 on hearing the petitioner on adequate notice and intimate the petitioner by March 20, 2026 of any order that may be passed on such representation.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Since the respondents have not used any affidavits, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
