1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner's father, as member of the registered Society had taken a loan of Rs.15,000/-, which has since been repaid, partly by the father and according to the petitioner, partly by him. The petitioner seeks return of the deed of the property which had been mortgaged but is uncertain as to where the deed presently lies.

3. The petitioner alleges that the deed had been returned by the Society to his younger brother to his exclusion and also alleges at the same time that the said deed is lying in the office of the Society.

4. Not only are there disputes between the petitioner and his younger brother who is not a partyrespondent herein but there are disputes between the petitioner and the Society as well, which cannot be adjudicated in the present writ-petition.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his rights, if so advised, before the appropriate Civil Court.

6. The writ-petition being WPA 17934 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, be given to the parties, if applied for.
