The revisional application is enclosed only with a Photostat copy of the FIR, letter of complaint and certified copy of the chargesheet.

Record of this revisional application reflects that chargesheet was submitted in the year 2020, almost three years have passed since then.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Having considered the nature of materials enclosed along with this revisional application, I am of the firm view that the same is incomplete and insufficient for a court of law to consider regarding the genuinity of the contentions.

None of the documents under Sections 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has also been enclosed along with this

revisional application.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2979 of 2022 is dismissed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issues at the appropriate stage of the trial.
