1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioners are aggrieved that they are not being paid in terms of the Circular dated July 28, 2023, even though they are entitled to get a monthly remuneration, far in excess of Rs.700/- which they are presently obtaining.

3. The petitioners claim that they fall within the domain of highly skilled employees and the minimum wages per month should be in excess of Rs.13,000/-.

4. The petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy by way of filing of a dispute

case under Section 102 of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006.

5. Since there are several factual issues, which need to be decided, the same cannot be decided in this writ petition.

6. The petitioners are at liberty to file such dispute case before the concerned Registrar, if so advised.

7. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

10.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
