Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents.

In order to consider transfer application of the petitioner which was made on medical ground in terms of order dated 8th August, 2024 passed by this Court on a writ petition being WPA 20262 of 2022 a medical Board was formed and said medical Board examined the petitioner.

On medical examination of the petitioner by the medical Board on 14th November, 2024 a medical report was prepared which was forwarded to the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Murshidabad by the Medical Superintendent Cum Vice-Principal, Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital, Berhampore vide memo dated 14th November,

2024.

Said memo dated 14th November, 2024 is at page 42 of the writ petition wherefrom it appears that on medical examination medical Board opined that though petitioner was suffering from Hypertension but she was found to be stable and physically fit. 5.

In view of medical report furnished by the medical Board dated 14th November, 2024 no relief can be granted to the petitioner based on transfer application made by her.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
