He alleges massive rigging, vandalism and violence at the time of poll.

It appears that complaints were lodged before the authority on 13th and 14th July, 2023. The election was conducted on 8th July, 2023 and the result of the election was declared on 11th July, 2023. Applications filed by the petitioner at such a delayed dates seeking re-poll, cannot be allowed.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
